Annual Maintenance Contracts
We can take comprehensive/non-comprehensive HVAC annual maintenance contracts of the systems to reduce your operational and financial vulnerability. We are experts in conducting performance analysis of HVAC systems with the help of precise instrumentation to determine powered and instantaneous performance of equipment and compare it with actual. This helps our customers to understand and troubleshoot the issues. We have an in-house team to undertake Brazing Nitrogen Testing.
Operation and Maintenance
We are experts in system design and we can address plant efficiency issues with our technically qualified staff. We have in-house tools and tackles like ultrasonic flow meter, chemical descaling pump arrangement, laser thermometer, air flow measurement sophisticated calibrated types of equipment, pitot tube, etc. for troubleshooting. We provide services for measured types of equipment like Pump, Cooling Tower, AHU, MCC, etc under one roof.
Vapour Absorption Machine
We are authorized service franchisees of Thermax for Maharashtra, Chattisgad, Goa and Madhya Pradesh. We have experience of handling all types of VAM since 1990. All directors have worked in the VAM division of Thermax. We have very experienced staff to handle VAM services and have the experience to cater to the area which is geographically spread wide. We supply authorized spares and chemicals to our customers. We also provide them chemicals required for a cooling tower to prevent scaling and algae formation.
Hitachi Service
We are authorised dealers for HITACHI for all types of air conditioners like Split Air conditioners, Ductable air conditioners, Variable Refrigerant Flows, etc. since 2000. We have all the infrastructure to take care of small projects for offices, restaurants, banks, factory areas, and individual homes. We have vast experience in this field since the last 20 years. We provide all types of installation, troubleshooting, AMC support, spares and consumables etc. We provide round the clock quality service here as well.
