Job Description:

  • Candidate should have min 4 year of project experience (Preferably in HVAC field).
  • Will have responsibility of project scheduling, Projects Monitoring, Invoicing, Payment Collection, Site erection activity, Labour contractor finalization, customer & Consultant Communication.
  • Should have experience to handle a team of 8 to 10 site engineers.
  • Should be able to handle multiple projects at a time Qualification: BE. Mechanical.

Candidate Profile:

  • Should have leadership quality .
  • Knowledge on Microsoft projects, toxication will be added advantage.
  • Good communication skill verbal and written .

Job Description:

  • Basic and Detailed engineering, Overall Technical co- ordination with suppliers, customers, consultant and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare system P&ID, Equipment technical data sheets, guide and review Piping, Ducting layouts and prepare detailed BOQ for the HVAC system.
  • Travel to site for initial meeting and get input data as required.
  • Carry out the Specify the requirement.
  • Purchase requisitions and BOQ variation as per customer / site changes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in HVAC/ MEP or related project engineering is desirable.
  • Technically competent to handle independently. Acquaintance for ACAD use, Site Exposure is Desirable. Aware about site Installation requirements. Preferably knowing SAP/ equivalent ERP system use.
  • Position #1&2: Awareness/ Exposure to Electrical Engineering & Commissioning related activities.
  • Must know about the HVAC related technical standards including relevant ASHRAE/ ISHRAE standards.

  • Site exposure to visualize the arrangement and system design.

Job Description:

  • Project basic and detailed engineering, Technical co-ordination from initial stage to Commissioning, Basic design & specifying electrical & PLC/ DDC panels and ancillary system, Sizing calculations, Cabling, Earthing in line with tender / customer requirements & Latest Technical standards. Technical clearances of the vendors quotations, Manufacturing clearances. MCC/ PDB/ PLC/ DDC panels Inspection for dispatch clearance, Instruments specifications and its integration in to system design/ logic requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in HVAC or related project work/ commissioning is desirable.
  • Technically competent to handle independently.
  • Proficient in understanding deliverables/ performance parameters.
  • Well versed in understanding & specifying the electrical system documentation.
  • Good know how about site Installation requirements. Preferably HVAC back ground.
  • Good know how of MCC, PCC, PLC/ DDC system and Operational logic and commissioning and performance establishment.
  • Must know how about the Electrical technical standards and good practices.
  • Good Communication skills.
