JECP’s Centres of Excellence (CoE) are designed to drive sector-based growth in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities of India, with an early focus on Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

7M Incubation Support

Comprehensive incubation support for sector-specific enterprises across multiple growth stages (L0–L3).

L0: Up to ₹10 lakh annual revenue
L1: ₹10–50 lakh annual revenue
L2: ₹50 lakh–₹5 crore annual revenue
L3: Above ₹5 crore annual revenue

Focus on Women & Youth

Promoting enterprise development with a special emphasis on women and youth as key beneficiaries and growth leaders.

3. Development Programs

Private Sector & Philanthropy Collaboration

Designing and implementing development programs focused on sustainability and income enhancement, in partnership with the private sector and philanthropic organizations.
